Welcome to Thirteen2Nineteen: A Literary Magazine for Black Girls and Teens between 13 and 19 years old.

We are beautiful and passionate people with individual styles, personalities, and attitudes, which adds to our swagger. We come in all shades, shapes, sizes, and types. We wear our versatile, gravity-defying hair in ways that captivate and mystify. We navigate systems that ignore, discount, and try to discredit us. We expect (and at times) demand that the world hear us.

Thirteen2Nineteen is the place where we share our unique experiences, the place where we capture and etch our outlook of the world. Our first issue will be available for purchase soon. Scroll the excerpts below.
